Who can be covered by our Bands & Performing Groups policy?

Bands/Musicians, Orchestral Groups, Choirs, Children’s Entertainers, Dance Performance Groups, Theatre Performance Groups, Cultural Performance Groups

Public Liability insurance (Platinum & Gig Cover)

This will protect you against claims made by a third party for injury or property damage.

Professional Liability (Platinum Cover Only)

This will protect you against claims made as a result of professional advice you have given to a third party.

Wrongful Allegations Cover (Platinum Cover Only)

This will protect you for up to $500,000 in defence costs in the event of a wrongful/false allegation of molestation.

What does our Public Liability cover?

Our Policy covers you worldwide excluding USA and Canada (Platinum) or Australia & New Zealand (Gig Cover).

The following limits of coverage applies to the Platinum Cover:

$30,000,000 Advertising Liability

$5,000,000 Professional Liability (sub-limit)
$1,000,000 Wrongful Allegations (sub-limit)
$250,000 Goods in care, custody and control

The following limits of coverage applies to Gig Cover:

$20,000,000 Products Liability

This policy will cover up to 20 members in the band or performance group, whether employees or subcontractors working on your behalf, with a maximum annual turnover (from performing and/or teaching) of $250,000
